the immediate access to the dubai mall through a tunnel was quite acceptable.
The sunbeds around the pool were not clean. They were covered in bird droppings. breakfast was similarly disappointing, particularly the fruit, which tasted unripe. also, despite my specifying how i wanted my eggs cooked, they seemed to be prepared randomly. This was not ideal.

This hotel is near to major attractions. I saw super clean cleanliness throughout the entire hotel. The breakfast included many varieties, and all was of high standard. Amina kindly upgraded my room to a view of Burj Khalifa as she learned it was my anniversary.
The room air conditioning had a STRONG, unpleasant smell. It gave me a headache and I had poor sleep.

The reception team always looked friendly and cute. They always seemed ready to assist with a smile. The housekeeping staff was always available when i needed anything, and the room was always perfect.
